Product Engineering – Entire Vehicle Engineering

·       To be part of Vehicle Layout team to create Entire vehicle concepts and packaging

·       Create various Concepts from QG 10 until and continue support for QG0 product maturity

·       Know-how of entire vehicle product knowledge, creating and validating new vehicle concepts and packaging to meet various customer requirements

Responsibilities:

 Packaging

·       Entire vehicle base layout creation 

·       Design cab/ engine position

·       Chassis component position 

·       Weight management of Entire Vehicle

DMU check

·       Check component design result in DMU with entire vehicle point of view

·       Check rear body flexibility 

·       Tracking component design status and report

·       Point out design issue with possible resolution 

·       Coordinate design issue between several components/functions and resolve

·       Fix DMU on time 

Vehicle layout drawing 

·       Make 2D drawing from DMU: BMD/ Homologation drawing/ CVO drawing

·       Co-ordinate with all design team for BMD/Homologation and CVO drawing

Management 

- Task control for the EV team

- Report KPI to FUSO on EV deliverables
