R&D Engineering
Our largest domain. FTCI engineers contribute to FUSO vehicle programmes from concept through validation — powertrain and after-treatment development, chassis and structural analysis, driver assistance systems, and the embedded software that ties them together. Work is delivered jointly with engineering teams in Kawasaki and across the FUSO network.

Customer Services
The Customer Services team supports FUSO owners and workshops worldwide — engineering service parts, building diagnostic content and repair procedures, authoring parts and service information for global markets, and running warranty and goodwill operations. The measure of this work is vehicle uptime.

Cost Engineering
Cost Engineering builds the should-cost models, benchmarks and teardown analyses that let programme teams understand the cost consequences of a design decision before it is locked. The team works alongside R&D and Procurement from the earliest concept phases.

Procurement secures the parts, materials and services behind every FUSO vehicle — supplier identification and qualification, commercial negotiation, localisation programmes, and the supplier quality and risk work that keeps a global supply base stable.

The digital team builds and runs the software behind the business — engineering and aftersales applications, data platforms and analytics, connected-vehicle services, and the cloud and integration layers that connect FTCI to systems across the FUSO network.
