Product Engineering – Opening for Team Centre Expert

1. Worked in the area of documentation engineering in OEM

2. Knowledge about Automobiles documentation system

3. Knowledge about BoM structure and DMU structure

4. Work experience in release management and change management process

5. CAD/PLM Adaptation: Integrate additional functality in CAD tools & implement and optimizing PLM systems across engineering areas

6. PDM Governance: Manage the technical release process within PDM systems and ensuring 100% synchronization between 3D CAD data, technical drawings, and Engineering Bills of Materials (EBOM)

7.       E BOM/DMU Maturity : Maintain high-Accuracy Digital Mock-Ups (DMU) to facilitate virtual packaging studies, CAE simulation etc

8.       Configuration Management: Managing 150% BOM structures and modular product architectures to handle thousands of vehicle variants efficiently  Engineering Change Management (ECM): Managing change workflows, from design revisions to implementation.

9.       Cross-Functional Collaboration: Strong understanding of how BOM data impacts purchasing, manufacturing engineering, and service departments 

10.   Japanese language proficiency is wish to have 

1. DMU Structure creation for MFTBC vehicle model

2. BOM management (ex. Handling complex, multi-variant Bill of Materials (BOM), including structure, configuration, and variant management &change management) and PDM/ PLM system administration in automotive industry

3. PLM/PDM  Expertise:  Experience in implementation of  various PDM systems (eg,. NX ) and proficiency in PLM platforms (eg.  Siemens Teamcenter, PTC Windchill, or Dassault System

4. BOM Management & Transformation: Expert knowledge of Engineering BOM (EBOM), Manufacturing BOM (MBOM), and Service BOM (SBOM) structures, along with the ability to manage BOM transformations and multi-variant harness BOM’s

5. Communication & Coaching: Ability to work across different departments and external partners and train own teams on new PLM processes.

6. Analytical & Problem-Solving: Able to analyze complex, unstructured problems and implement solutions
