Product Engineering – Crash Simulation-Senior Role

Qualification : Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Automotive Engineering

Required Technical Skills:

·       Must be strong in the fundamentals of vehicle safety.

·       Must have understanding on the Regulation Requirements, Japan & ECE Regulation specific to passive safety.

·       Must have very good expertise in the understanding of Vehicle behaviour in the event of Crash

·       Strong Expertise in Frontal, Side Crash, Seat Pull, UPD and cabin specific Passive safety simulations

·       Expertise in the developing new/modifying the existing Crash simulations methods

·       Good Exposure in the Occupant safety simulations

·       Should have high degree of proficiency in the softwares Ansa, LS-Dyna & Primer

·       Should have a strong expertise in the Passive safety process and the expertise in Simulation data management tools such as SPDRM

·       Should have experience with test correlation of vehicle simulation model.

·       Capable to build CAE infrastructure for Crash simulations.
